Ingredients
- 150g raw cashew nuts
- 20g nutritional yeast (flakes)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method of preparation:
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until you get a Parmesan-like mixture.
Use to sprinkle on salads, pasta, pizza, or other food of your choice.
