We swear by the magical powers of this smoothie. Enjoy it in the morning and you will be surprised by the surge of energy it will give you.
Ingredients for 2 smoothies:
- 600 ml of almond milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 50 g (1,8 oz) of blueberries
- 1 tsp spirulina
- If desired, you can add strawberries and a few spinach leaves.
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
